Be Aware of Ford Dealers especially Power Ford using remanufactured parts and making you believe they are new.

Power Fords General Manager swore under oath that he had to use remanufactured parts or loose his franchise.

Words like Genuine and Factory parts most of the time means remanufactured even though they will tell you they are new.

BE AWARE

Power Ford installed a clutch on my nephews Ranger pickup only to find it did not operate as it should.

When asked if the parts were new they insisted they were. Only when asked for the part numbers did the back up and try to explain there way out.
When asked to remedy the problem they refused and said it was OK. This all toke place over a three month period. The General manager at first refused to get involved and would not heel us. The truck was undriveable and never deliver to us in a safe drive-able condition. We eventually took it elsewhere and it was repaired with new parts and operates perfectly. We were supplied with pictures and proof of the bad work so that we eventually could go to court to get our money refunded.
