quickmanuals/rapidmanuals sent me a car repair manual in cd format,which would not play on pc cost £5.99,then continued to take a further payments of £5.99 from my account for orders i had not made.my bank could not block payments,as i had been scammed by this company into agreeing to allow them to take money from my account when they chose to,while making my payment through paypoint i had unwittingly agreed to through their terms and conditions,bank told me they could take money from my account for up to a month before any action could be taken,the only way to stop this was to close my account altogether,or go to small claims court where it would cost a small fortune to resolve,how they are allowed to conduct this business is beyond me,yet another scam/ripoff which is allowed to continue due to loopholes in government legllisation.
