I had Safelite repair a window in my van that had been busted.  Yet not a month later, I was about to take my brother to work and discovered the window was falling off.

I tried to get ahold of Safelite to have them come out and fix it.  But it seems that they are not open on the weekend and have no answering machine to speak of.

I have never in my life felt as if a company was truly and completely unreliable.  Now I feel that these people need to be reported and people warned about their complete lack of professionalism.

My brother could have fixed it better and he's a moron. That of course is being nice.

I recently had a windshield replaced by Safelite and the service was excellent.  the windshield is performing perfectly even in ice and snow here in northeast Pa.

Your window was replaced by an independent dealer and should be reported to Safelite.
