I had a flat tire in December 2004 and went to Sears Auto Center to get a replacement. I had a broken arm (in a full cast), which was painfully obvious to the employees. After they put on my new tire and I paid my bill, I go back to my car and find that they threw my spare, jack, cover and other tools back in my trunk and didn't bother to take the time to put them back where they belonged. How did they expect me to put the tire back in with one arm??? If they treat disabled customers like this, they will not be getting repeat business from me!
