They are a horrible repair shop. Extremely rude and took four times as long to repair my car. I am going to file a small claims against them like many others have. Do not use them.

I have been taking my cars to TVS since 2001. I have no complaints. They have always treated me with respect and never overcharged me. At one time, I had a car that was not worth repairing. Instead of charging me for repairs that would have to be done over and over to keep the car running, they printed out car retirement papers from the DMV and told me to find a new car. Which I did and they inspected the car for me at no charge to make sure it was a good car. And, I know that they have helped many single moms throughout Temecula Valley. They are good people and I really appreciate everything they have done for me and my family. I would recommend this shop to anybody.

TVS was recommended by a dear friend who has used them for years with no complaints. I brought in a friends vehicle and they took good care of it, now we are taking my wifes car there today, which is how I found this report, while trying to find their phone number online.
It's false reports like this that give a good company a bad name. The person who filed the report only had 1 complaint, that they say it took too long to fix their car. But give absolutely no details about what was wrong, how long took or even how long TVS said it would take. I don't know the particulars of this persons case, but from our friends recommendation to then doing business with them, I will gladly recommend TVS to people I know in the future.
They truly are the hard to find honest mechanic.
Call them before you judge them based on one rant who also implies that others are taking him to small claims, if that's true, then why can't I find anything else about them?
Len, you're best, keep doing what you do!
