of Houston, Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, and other numerous Government offices!!!!!!

I first brought my car in for overheating issues. Mr. Ali Raza, did the Diagnostic test in front of me saying that all i needed was a new water pump and timing belt the work will be guaranteed with certified OEM part's. He quoted me the price of $2,346.66 which i paid on my bank debit/mastercard on 3/30/11. well, 2 weeks later my car overheated AGAIN on the
highway I-45 in League City, TX. I had to call towtruck to have towed back to VW Autoworks the place i just spent $2,346.66 to fix the overheating issue. Mr. Ali Raza, inspected the car and said it looked really nice all that was needed was a spark plug to where he charged me $250 and 3 days i can come back and pick up my car. well, i was lied to becuase 3 days turned into next week, month and now as of today it's been 9 months i still dont have a car is still in his shop nor will he give me a refund.
