Adam Burdette Auto Export Shield

AUTHOR: Adam Patrick Burdette Auto Export S - Winter Park (United States of America)

Adam Patrick Burdette is a scam artist. Consumers and Dealers beware.

He has ripped customers off hundreds of thousands of dollars.

He has is currently on probation and has an outstanding restitution of over $400k.

He has been ripping people off for years. The FBI is currently investigating him and the local law enforcement know about what he is doing but still he remains free to continue his scam on people.

View some of his previous Felony Law Suits http://myclerk.myorangeclerk.com/CaseDetail.aspx?CaseID=7048944

He recently opened up a company called www.AutoExportShield.com he tries to get dealers to sign up for this program and once the dealers call him to investigate if a customer might pose a risk for exporting the car he tells them yes and turns around and buys the car from the dealer with a different name and exports the cars.

Karma will come around someday... Hopefully sooner rather than later...

AUTO EXPORT SHIELD

AUTHOR: Auto Export Shield - Winter Park (United States of America)

First off I want to start off by saying I know who wrote this Hayley Williams.  Even though you no longer work for this company you are still a partner in this company and can be held liable for the comments you have made against this company.

I am not proud of my past, but it is my past that has given me a certain skill set that has allowed me to start a company to help protect the dealers that I used to hurt.  It is my past that has allowed me to know what tactics exporters use and how to best Identify them.  It is my past that has helped me to stop hundreds of exporters from targeting dealers that I work with.  And it is my past that will continue to push me to be a better person, and I will not fail.

I have done wrong in the past, I am willing to admit that, I would like to personally apologize to all of those out there that I have wronged and especially to Matin.  I will continue to live every day with that on my conscious and it weighs very heavily.

To all of my future clients that may read this.  I am a convicted Felon, I have learned from my mistakes, I am very good at what I do; stopping exporters from targeting your dealerships.  There is not another company like mine out there with the skill set to ID, Investigate, Target and Stop exporters.  I work directly with US customs the South Carolina Department of State Anti Fraud unit, North Carolina, Virgina, Delaware, Alaska, Oregon, and Montana.  I do not export cars, I stopped that business when I started this one.  If you don't trust me, I don't expect you to, call my dealers let them speak for me.

Exporting cars is legal !!!

AUTHOR: Auto Export Specialist - (United States of America)

Well, I don't know Adam Burdette nor do I know his past nor do I care about all that. But I have no idea why somebody would block free trade like that. The US economy is suffering and the US wants exports to go up by 5x in the next 3 years but I am not sure how that is possible if we have companies like this help blocking free trade. Working together with US customs I thought was a very interesting statement. Not sure what law is being violated if a car get's exported. We are a company who is specialized in exporting new and used cars for customers who find the cars online on websites such as cars.com and we help them to make sure it is save to buy and help them so their experience is smooth and save. One of my clients called me and was about to cancel an order on a used 2009 Mercedes Benz he wanted to buy online on ebay because he found this website : www.autoexportshield.com and thought it was illegal to export cars from the US. After reading the website I even called US customs to make sure there are no new laws out there that the public has not been informed about. Of course I received the confirmation that export is legal and welcome because we the US is a pro business country and free trade should never been violated unless laws are broken. On the auto exportshield website they describe it like they are catching bank robbers or something like that. I was reading a twitter commend that said in cooperation with US customs a car was seized. If a car is seized there had to be criminal activity like the car was stolen or a lien was still on it. Not because you bought a car and export it. If you pay a car you own it free and clear and you can do with the car whatever you like. But they make it sound a car was seized because it was purchased for export. Which is totally wrong. They should clearly state that they are trying to help manufacturers that not too many new cars are being exported and that this is a internal issue between manufacturer and their franchise dealers. They should state that correctly on their website. But they don't. Now if you wonder why is a manufacturer trying to stop exports, the answer is that they want the new cars that are being send to the US for US end customers. They don't want too many new cars end up in different regions of the world to protect the dealers in those regions from to many gray market imports. But that is an internal problem between the manufacturer and their franchise dealers. NOT A VIOLATION OF ANY LAW. The people that buy new cars for export, usually title or even register the cars and make them used for the US market. Then they take the cars and export this car. Now you wonder how can they even get the car in the first place. The answer is: They do everything legal otherwise they would never get the cars nor the title from the selling dealer. They have to do something right to get the car and title, right ? Well, now that we know why the manufacturer wants to stop exports and what Auto Export Shield is trying to prevent and that exporting cars is LEGAL, don't we want to know how they are trying to stop exports ? Well, very easy. Dealers sign up with them to use their great software and enter all the information of the customer who is buying a car. Things like: last 4 of your credit card if you put a deposit down, not sure if they check your social :), where you live (they google that) they make sure you live in an expensive house otherwise Porsche and Mercedes think you are trash and don't deserve a Porsche or Mercedes. They check if a known exporter lived close to you, etc. If you live to close to a guy that might have exported a car and you might not even know the guy. Tough luck, you might not be able to buy the car because Autoexortshield might flag you as a export risk. If you buy to many cars in a year, also bad because that could mean you export them. Would like to know what NFL and NBA players have to say about that. The franchise dealer is basically entering all the info into AutoExportShields system and right there violates the Privacy Statement that you sign that they don't give out any information. I really wouldn't feel comfortable knowing that all my info goes into a system of a company that is checking me out when I want to buy a car for myself or my family. Not sure how somebody else feels about it. Actually the info about the owner of the company and his past which was stated before all this I thought makes the whole thing even more interesting. I can't believe that Porsche is telling their dealers to sign up with this company knowing they break the privacy statement that their dealers and the customers sign. On your next visit to a dealership you might want to tell them that you refuse that your info is being used to go through an auto exportshield check. I am writing the whole time manufacturer but don't want to throw everybody under the bus. US manufacturer and Asian manufacturer don't really care to much. Ford actually welcomes exports . This info applies mainly for the German manufacturers who are creating all this. Final statement for anybody who would like to buy a car for export (new or used): It is legal to buy a car for export as long as you buy the car and don't steel it.
