as previously stated, ford motor co. will not replace defective horn and air bag default. contacted corp. won't help.

in my opinion, this is not due to normal wear and tear! as the problem has been a recall on many other models of ford trucks. as told to me by HECTOR at rancgho santna margerita ford.

this is a huge safty issue. obviously! ford doesnt seem to be concerned that i cannot use the horn in prevention of an accident, furthermore, if i am in one no air bag will release.

How long has this truck been out of warranty?

AUTHOR: Ken - Greeley (USA)

Sometimes, if it's just a short time after warranty expiration, "courtesy repairs" are made...not always.

If it's been awhile since it expired and you're worried about safety, bite the bullet and get it fixed.

Whining will get you no where.
