Topline Powersports Doug scooter was paid for on line. PU unit in Fort Worth. They did not have title. 90 days and I still do not have. Cant contact them, Fort Worth, Texas

I was searching Ebay to find a scooter for one of my sons.  Came across this Ft. Worth, scooter store called Topline Power Sports, dealt with a man named Doug.  Purchased a scooter through him, paid with credit card, and advised I would pickup the bike while I was traveling through Fort Worth, TX.  This was completely out of my way but wanted it immediately.  So PU Bike at their location of September 24, 2009.  Unit was not ready and waited about 3 hrs.  Then it was released and loaded.  I asked for title, but was notified it had to come from distributor, and they were only the warehouse.  So they gave me a 30 day temp. plate.  This is 90 days ago, and still do not have title.  Have repeatedly tried by telephone, e-mail with this doug, and a Jill of this business and cant get a response.
