Blue Ridge Auto Glass Cheated me out of $370. Passed off a defective windshield. Will not correct Winchester, Virginia

Do not buy from Blue Ridge Auto Glass in Winchester, Virginia!

   I got a new windshield put in on Thursday and discovered two chips on the edge of the glass on Friday.  Robert from there told me he was sorry and he would order a replacement windshield for me.

   When I called to confirm the appointment I got nothing but arguments from the office.
 They refused to replace the defective windshield and called me a liar.

They said I should have inspected the windshield before I left.  I should never have trusted them on reputation alone.

They tried to convince me that chips on the edge of the glass were a stone chip.  They would have said anything regardless of how ridiculous in order to avoid standing behind their word and their work.

I have never felt so cheated in my life.  Don't buy from this company.  I don't understand why they would let one windshield which they apparently damaged during installation ruin the reputation of their company.
