I had used this service several times with bad experiences. Even though I knew a tire had a small leak, they said I needed a new tire. The worst was when they told me I needed a new brake lining, so for about $600 I let them. When I received it back my front wheel had a serious whurring noise and feel. I brought it back a week later and they said that it needed hub and bearing replacement - at $850. I finally found another service station that a friend recommended, and for repairing another small leak (on the new Firestone tire I brought) and the hub/bearing replacement, the final bill was only $260!.

Stay away from this Firestone, as I learned others had bad experiences only after I had mine.
