Kwik Kar Plano Texas near 121 Overcharged and tried to sell me what I didn't need Plano, Texas

I took my Camry in to get a simple oil change. They tried to push me into getting a full synthetic job done. The tech named Jeff also told me I needed an inspection sticker (I did) and then told me my window had chips in it. I did not see any. He said the can work with the insurance company and get it fixed for free. When I hear free I shut it down. I told him no interest. He said he could put me on the phone with my insurance company and I just ignored him. 5 minutes later he hands me the phone and says its my insurance company and be has already done the window repair. I was going to be having to file a claim and charged a deductible. I said no and hung the phone up. He got mad and crumbled the paperwork up and stormed off. Over all shady practice and horrible customer service. He also said he wanted to show me something on the car and asked how long I had gone without a tuneup. He looked surprised when I said I just had one and said oh, Nevermind we can't tell on these things. Then asked me how much I paid? Mine was under warranty and free. He seemed like that was not a good answer and just walked off all unhappy. Weird
