Power Honda Costa Mesa Didnt Rotate my Tires Costa Mesa, California

Took my car in for an oil change today and a tire rotation. Had a free coupon for a tire rotation. The service guy wrote everything down and sat at the waiting area. The waiting area faces the shop and you can see them fix your car, not unless its on the other side which you'd have to go to the other part of the building to look thru the window. So basically I can see them fixing my car. It took them an hour pass my appointment ( was looking at my watch) to finally drive my car into the service bay. Saw them lift the hood and tinker with it. Then they lifted it all up. It was basically lifted for an hour. Then they took it down and took it to the carwash. 

So I called my service guy and complained why they didn't rotate the tires. We came up to the mechanic and he basically played dumb and said he didn't know. I mean seriously is this how incompetent the staff is? Also making an excuse that the order wasn't written down and how busy they are. Blah blah blah Oh please, Ive watched enough 2020 and the local news consumer reporting to know that they were too lazy to rotate my tires and thinking I wouldn't notice.

So consumers beware! Watch your car from behind the tinted glass doors of the waiting area. I may have had a free coupon for a tire rotation but I expect the work to be done in a professional manner. I should have read ALL the reviews on yelp and saved myself the trouble. One good thing that came out tho was my oil change was free. Got to make sure when I go to the other dealer that they did change it. You cant trust anybody now! So If this has happened to you, contact your local consumer reporting agency, the better business bureau and the attorney generals office for consumer complaint
