basically do not take your car to valvoline instant oil change because they are ripping you off. They are selling you full synthetic oil for which is like 70 or 80 dollars! and they are putting the regular cheap oil into your car those of you who have gone in the last month or two i suggest that you check your oil the regular oil looks real dark almost black after about 3000 miles beacuse thats when it starts to break down and sludge starts to build up and all these people that went and bought full synthetic oil thinking they have 7000 miles till there next oil change it could ruin your engine plus they are ripping you off they dont even have any oil they are buying oil almost everyday from autozone or o'rielly

To Whom it may concern,I am an employee for the Valvoline Instant Oil Change Service Center that you have reported allegations aganist in Rancho Parlos Verdes.

I have investigated your claim and would truly like to rectify your complaint.

When time permits if you could contact the District Manager, Frank Scott at
662.425.3536 to arrange a time that we could give you a new and complete synthetic oil change service which would also provide us the opportunity to test the current oil in your vehicle it would truly be appreciated.
