Ken Setzer I was told that my order would be complete. when I got it ,it was not all there, I was told that i would not get the rest until after jan 2012. I ordered this as a christmas present Sylva, North Carolina

I placed an order for Christmas and paid for it in full. The sales person told me that the order would be shipped complete, when i got the order, parts were missing.when i called the service dept. they told me that I would get the rest of the shipment until sometime in January 2012. Now i have an in-complete christmas present, that is no good to anyone. Ken Setzer
