Any deception, falsehood or breech or non performance of your contract w/ them may be reason for complaint. Any rate increase above the initial quoted rate is considered suspect. Any request for up front money or deposit is contrary to broker/shipper industry norms and may be indicative of irregularity.  Per the rules and regulations of FMCSA you may demand a copy of the records of any shipping agreement between RBRT and a Carrier if your Shipment is envolved.
