Showtime Auto Transport Ripped off my money, never came to pick up my car and charged my credit card. Miami, Florida

I placed a shipping order to have my car shipped for my daughter from raleigh, nc to long island, ny on december 15th. I was charged a $125 deposit and my car was scheduled to be picked up on December 23rd to no avail. Multiple people in customer service said that the driver had 3 more cars on his truck and would arrive at 330pm. He did not show up, so we called back and were told our car would be picked up by 6pm. Again no luck. Now we cannot get through to customer service and are out the$150 we left for the deposit. Also now my daughter is forced to drive the car back up to New York. Someone please help us. This company is a major rippoff.
