Greetings,

My name's Herold with the United States Navy. I am dealing with an issue, which I need help with - a car ( 2001 Nissan Pathfinder) that I own. The car was shipped from Overseas to someone( Ms. B) in Orlando with a Power of Attorney to store it. Initially, she held it at a new home that she purchased. Between July and August, she made it known that she was going through a dispute with her husband and that she needed a place to hold the SUV.

Someone whom she worked with, recommended her husband. Ms. B called the gentleman to come pick it up for storage. Now, after five months or so I am trying to get my vehicle back, the gentleman alleges that he tried to get in touch with my friend without any success. As a result he decided to sell the vehicle for parts. Ms. Blondine states the fact that Mr. Caneus has not attempted to get in touch with her at all. Mr. and Mrs. Caneus know where she lives as well as her phone number.

Mrs. Caneus was my friend's co-worker who in fact recommended her husband. Mr. Caneus told Ms. Blondine that he sold the car for the amount of $ 500.00 for parts. I called him on the 17th of December at 1637, he basically confirmed selling the truck.

My question is this: How can you help me?
