JaxPark - Ennis ripoff Airport Parking. Items stolen from car by employees. MANY complaints w/ the BBB for similar situations. Beware! Jacksonville Florida

We left our car on this lot and took their shuttle to the airport. They rushed us to check in our car as soon as we got there, saying we were "holding up the shuttle bus" (we were the only passengers!). We accidentally left our radar detector in the car.

Upon return, the radar detector was nowhere to be seen. There was no sign of forced entry. The employees behind the counter laughed at us and said "tough luck." The police were called and the owner was contacted, but the owner cursed and told the officer that we were not his problem and for us to go away. They would not even look up who was working the morning we checked in our car and who had access to our keys during that time (there were only a handful of employees!). They said we left our keys with them (as required!) and that upon doing that we basically gave them permission to take anything they wanted!!!
