Rickenbacker I got an account of rickenbacker group who has called me to ask for the $2155 that I have to pay since I could not afford to get my car out of impound so I just released my liability to the impound so Internet, California

I want to let you know that I have been getting calls from the Rickenbacker group to pay my balance that I had when my car was impounded.  I did not have the money then and the money now to pay them.

I decided to release my liability to the towing company so that I would not be reponsible for anything. Instead of the towing company will not take reponsiblity there is an account for me to pay $2155. 

I am on disablity and don't have much to pay anything because I need this for rent and to provide for my 9 year old as well. My husband is not in the household either. 

When I went to get my stuff out of my car I told the towing company that I can't afford to get my car out and I would be doing a release of liability.  I have seen people write about the Rickenbacker Group and what they had to go through.  I just want this to be off of my credit report so that I am at a good place for my credit.

Please don't fall for this because the company will not accept that you are not reponsible for the debt.  I hope that something can be done about this matter.
