Superlifts.com Superlifts car lifts No Delivery! Nixa, Missouri

I had always thought Superlifts was one of the better garage lifts on the market and when the time to pull the trigger came, I stoped by thier display at Barrett Jackson and placed an order for an SR7 four post lift.

The sales guy, Dustin Rose, wrote it up and took my credit card info and stated it would be delivered to my home the weekend of March 11th.  My card was charged in full the next week.

The week before scheduled delivery, I called them to verify the delivery date, and they stated they would not be in the area that weekend as originally thought but they would call me back next week with a delivery date. 

No call back, so I callled them at the end of the week.  They stated they were behind and would call me back the next week with a firm schedule (deja vu).

Again, no call back.  This time waited about 2 weeks before calling, and got same story, stating that they would be able to get it to me within two weeks and would call me back with a date.

At this point, with nearly 60days since orginal purchase date, I decided to attempt to cut my losses and filed a dispute with my credit card company.
