Horrible sellers! Just to clarify, this is the "Eurotech" eBay store located in San Diego. I bought a set of 19" ACS Type 3 rep's from them... AFTER buying the wheels, they inform you that you have to buy rip-off lugnuts they make because no others will fit(LIE!). And if that wasn't enough, I received only 2 wheels! Eurotech claims they can trace them, and Eurotech won't cooperate! I continue to call them and they repeatedly reassure me that they will arrive, and it has now been a month since I ordered these wheels located in the same country!!! I called back and told them UPS said the wheels were lost, and the lady who shipped them out to me literally said: "Okay.... what do you want us to do about it?". They have no consideration for their customers and do not care if you never receive anything. Extremely stupid and unprofessional. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

It is looking as if I will never receive the other two wheels or compensation of any kind.

They are rude and stupid!!!!! AVOID THEM!!! MANY OTHER PLACES TO PURCHASE FROM, BETTER TO SPEND A BIT MORE AND GET FROM A LEGITIMATE PLACE!!!!!

Please look up our ebay store under "eurotechwheels" and see nearly 5000 positive customer testimonials. 2/4 of Mr. Rebalos' packages were lost by UPS. UPS has a claims process that takes 4-6 weeks, which we eventually collected on and took care of the customer with. This particular claim did take a while and UPS apologized to us while we apologized to the customer. Customer was given a free spare wheel ($250) at no cost for the hassle that the UPS mixup caused. The details on this transaction are documented and available if anyone wants to contact me.
