I went to the Express tire in Oceanside for a oilchange. The store is near the oceanside beach on the corner of Pacific Coast highway and Oceanside Blvd.
The Employee's there were very unhelpful, lazy, and inconsiderate to other peoples property.

Not to waste to much of my precious time. but I went to get a oil change and noticed when i got to the store a empty shop. and about 8+ employees on the clock basically doing nothing.
I waited 2 hours for my oil change, and the people were very unhelpful- immature, and even tried to offer services my car doesn't need. ( brakes ) I told him that i just had my brakes done by a mechanic i know personally and he quickly backed his way out of that attempt.
I could hear the tire guys as i waited for them to work on my car fight over who was going to have to do the work on my car. and even watched employees sit around and pretend they were working while eating icecream but really had no idea why my car was even in the shop 2 hours later.. finally i got a little pissed off and asked one of the tire guys who was looking at my car how much longer its gonna take? and he replied i dont even know why this car is here! After one of the managers tried to get there employees to put the tires back on the car so i could go along my way. I heard a couple of the tire guys once again fight over who was going to have to put the tires back on my car. As one employee got in a car to back that one up. he must of sat in the car for 10 minutes pretending he was working and actually gonna back the car up till yet another worker jumped in the customers car to enjoy the fun. I thought what a joke.

I would NOT suggest going to this service station for even a oil change. They have a extreme lack of consideration for the customer who is waiting to get there car back. not to mention a few other red flags i noticed when i came to the store.

Unhappy customer

Hello,

I cam across your report, and I was also told that I needed new brakes on my vehicle while going for an oil change. I thought something sounded fishy, and I went for a second opinion at another shop. The mechanic at the other shop showed me my brakes and explained to me why I did NOT need new brakes.

They also took all day to do my vehicle, more than two hours, and didn't even call me when it was done. I was treated poorly by the manager, who was mocking me for asking for a military discount on the services.

The next day, I noticed the oil had leaked out of my vehicle and all over my garage. Once I complained to corporate I was treated nicely, but that still didn't change the fact that they tried to sell me brakes that I did not need.

This place is awful, and only out to make money. They don't care if you need the service or not, as long as they can convince you to buy it, they will.

STAY AWAY!!!
