Josh's Used Tires Extreeme Incompetence Cedar Park , Texas

 After stopping in to have a flat fixed I purchased a set of overpriced used tires. The next morning two of my aftermarket wheels became loose while driving! (they were wallowed out due to this) I managed to stop in time and tighten them myself, I called Josh's and told them, and went by there to complain. we notice 2 lug studs had broken off, They offered to replace them (for a fee), upon removing the wheel they broke a third one, they were unable to locate new ones so I had a friend come up to the store and drive me to the dealer to buy 3 new ones, when I returned they had removed my e-brake shoes to install the new lug studs, from there it took nearly 4 hours to re install my e-brake shoes. at closing time I was handed a bag of parts and told to come back tomorrow as they couldn't figure out how to re assemble my brakes. (they took off the other rear rear wheel to look at the other side and still couldn't re-install them). I refused to "pay" and I did not go back, but the bad experience lingered on, I did have a flat weeks later and realized that I couldn't remove my own wheel as they had used different lug nuts that required a different "key" to remove.  Altogether I spent 6 hours plus there, to leave in the dark with my emergency brakes in a bag.
Today I removed that wheel and installed the bag of parts containing my e-brake shoes retainer clips and springs in less than 15 minutes myself!
If any of this had happened to someone less mechanical than myself they might be dead, I was fortunate to catch the loose wheels in time, and not to have needed my emergency brake for an emergency between the time they disabled it and now.
