Lake Shore Wheel And Tire Tulip City Wheels AAA Rims Unresponsive, antagonistic, rude, unprofessional with incorrect article shipments, sub standard products and once they have your money they really dont care Staatsburg, New York

Purchased Porsche Rims and had to wait 3 weeks for delivery.  No contact or tracking number sent until after the third week I asked.  Within 3 business days from that call I finally received 3 of the 4 rims.  They stated one was damaged and they would send a new one.  After 10 days I called again and they stated that the 4th rim is being shipped by the manufacturer and they have no idea when it will arrive.

When the rims were placed on the tires the rear rims were the incorrect offset.  Contacted LW&T and they stated that I ordered the wrong rims. I ordered by phone and stated to the sales person what type of car - year and model.  I expect them to ship the correct items.  They stated they would ship the new ones.  After a week of no contact I called.  They stated that they were waiting for me to send the ones back and then they would ship. THey needed to have proof of a tracking number.  This was the first this was mentioned.

The next day I shipped the rims back and called them prepared to provide them with the UPS store #, contact name etc.  UPS would Email me a tracking number after the items were boxed and I would promptly forward it to them by business days end.
I stated they were scheduled to be delivered in 2 days.  They stated they could not ship anythin to me in that amount of time.  No kidden???!!

 I was hoping we could expidite this since its been 2 months since the order was made and I could have the rims on the car by the end of the week.  Again they stated they need a tracking number. 

I questioned them why they would not send them since up till now I have been very patient and they have the data to verify.  THere response - they did NOT trust me. This sent me into a rage.  I  suggested that they do not ship the new ones and I will return the other 2 rims and we can end this. 

I was willing to eat the 20% restock fee - these low lifes do not deserve anyones business.  I desperately wanted out even more then my second marriage. But wait
there is more.

They then stated - dudes name was Jason as in Friday the 13th movie series, that since the tires were placed on the rims they would NOT return any money.  Again they did not trust the auto shop with not damaging the rims. Say what?!!!  This is a mid life crisis and no one but this auto shop touches it!! 

It became very obvious to me that this kid ( he calls himself the owner) and I call him
a kid by his behaviour and lack of professionalism plus the fact his voice did not reflect a pass thru puperty, had trust issues. 

I guess you are what you think others are. He must have been abandoned as a child and quite frankly I cant blame them

So I am stuck with a long wait and maybe by the end of the decade I will have them on.

DO YOURSELVES A GREAT SERVICE AND DO NOT "NOT" do any business with this place. Unless you have access to anti depressants or valuume.  This company has been barred from Ebay - NOW that is very hard to do unless you are Lake Shore TIres or as they are also know TULIP Wheels?? or AAA Rims. 

I learned one thing from this experience - never do any business with a company that has multiple names.
