However, when you go there, they keep you waiting. I waited one hour and a half for a flat fix to be told I need ed new shocks at 309.00 giving me a quote. I saw them doing this with everyone else except a Hispanic women who got out of there in no time! Hmmm. Rip off!
Will never go or buy from Les Swabb again. Folks. you would do better with Costco, Sams or any independent tire shop.!

as an employee I am sorry that you had to wait for an hour and a half but we do get busy and take people on a first come first serve basis. When we do any work to any vehicle we inspect everything. if you don't like that we take care of our customers go somewhere else. We strive to make sure everyone that visits our stores leave happy and well taken care of. As far as Costco and Sams being independent stores you have another thing coming. they are part of big tire chains only interested in taking your money. I guarantee that you won't get the same service you do there as you do at Les Schwab.
