On Aril 1, 2004, I purchased a set of 20 inch chrome rims from RIMSTOP.COM. I paid via bank wire transfer and was told by an employee of rimstop I would receive my wheels by April 12, 2004. I thought it was strange that I never received any tracking numbers and his employess continued to insist that the wheels where en route. In late July, I received a call from one of his former employee who quit because RIMSTOP owner Sonny Jimenez insisted that his employee collect as much money as possible from customers and keep telling them their items were on the way even though none had and would never be sent. I have filed a civil suit against RIMSTOP and will be collecting soon.

Please have customer fax in receipt and invoices to 713-781-6672. I need the following info to remedy the situation.
Name, address, vehicle info, wheels bought, tires bought, how much they paid, how they paid, what sales rep worked with customer, and all receipts.
If we have somehow overlooked order customer will get this taken care of immediately. At rimstop we try to help all of our customer little or big.
Thanks,

This is simply ridiculous! Receipts, invoices, multiple phone calls, emails, letters, smoke signals and anything else short of my unborn children have been sent to RIMSTOP since April of 2004. Of course, all to no avail! This must stop! This is not simply an issue of overlooking an invoice this is intentional fraud which you are clearly accepting funds from customers and deliberatly not sending the items out. To say you are trying to help all of your customers "little or big" is reprehensible. What you're in fact, doing is stealing money then filing false do-nothing responses to rip-off report.com and the BBB to salvage your poor business reputation.

I assume you don't have any receipt and this is either a young kid slandering our company or our competition trying to slander us.
