If you have(had) a bubble on the side of the tire it should of been replaced free by that wal*mart due to a manufacter defect. As long as you had a reciept showing YOU bought the tire I would have replaced it in a heartbeat. Even if you didn't buy from my store or buy a warranty. Flat repair your on your own.

This is just about standard standard at any tire place. You have to purchase any warranty on your own to protect you in case anything should happen.Sometimes weird things just happen and in your case it did. However, the warranty protects you and pays for that tire. Huge lesson learned here.Good luck.
