Ordered two Nitto 555R 275/40R17 Drag Radial Tires on July 9th after prompt email conversation with 'JC' at wheelswest via email and paid by paypal.com.

On July 29th sent email regarding location of item or tracking # since goods did not arrived.

Reply from JC on July 30th saying 'I will check into it and get back to you'. No further replies. Emails on August 4th, 13th and 17th to Wheels west, no replies.

Telephone call on August 13th, spoke with Anthony who promised to resolve issue on either that business day or the 14th (Friday).

No contact via telephone or email from 'Anthony'

Multiple attempts to call wheelswest on August 17th during normal business hours, no answer of telephone calls

Subsequent emails to wheelswest and telephone calls (every few days) (604-248-4942) but no answer or reply to my messages (email or voicemails)

Payment of $520 via paypal.com on July 9th, no receipt of goods or information regarding order as of Sept 20, 2009.

Very bad business. Complaints filed with BBB, and paypal. In the process of informing local RCMP.

They ripped me off to. I contacted VISA and they gave me a temporary credit for the amount and the ripoffs have 40 days to prove they shipped the goods they also said it could take up to 120 days to resolve.

Not sure how it will turn out but at least I have my money back for now. I don't know how they are still in business.
