as i said while in the towing yard my car was damaged and things taken from car the company will take no responsibality for this they laughed in my face there is a poilce report and i plan to take the apartment complex to small claims for having my car towed in the first place what kind of company is this heritage towing to take such advantage of people like this they should really chech out there employees . my insurance company state farm will be going after them for the damage to my car but what about the way that i feel i feel so violated.

Why were you towed in the first place? You "forgot" to mention this.
Were you parked where you shouldn't be and gambled you wouldn't get caught?
If so, good luck on getting money from either the parking owner or the towing company.
IF they illegally towed you, good luck to you.

i was parked where i was told i could park even so does that make it ok for someone to steal from me break my window then charge me a fee. i might not win in court but it will sure make them aware that you just cant destroy people property and get away with it so easy.
