The Con Artist ! Larson and Larson Automotive & Towing

I took my car into Larson and Larson Automotive to have it timed, I had previously replaced the spark plugs myself and wanted them to add the other touches involved in tuning it up, as it was using more gas than I thought it should.

Well, they said it would have to be scanned by thier computer, to which I agreed. After the scan they said the problem was the oxygen sensor, so I let them install one ( $140.00 gulp ! )

I was also told that if it started overheating in the near future it was because the fan clutch was going out ! Well I paid them, and as I put the car into gear would you believe it stalled out on me and wouldn't start ? They got it going and then decided it wasn't the sensor but instead I needed a new or rebuilt carborator ! Refund for the other work ? NOT ! So I left with my car sucking down as much gas as ever before $ 140.00 in the red.

Wait ! Would you believe that the next day my car started overheating ? That Mechanic had to possess ESP huh? I decided to take a closer look, so I filled my rad. with water and waited. After a few minutes a tiny stream of water started to shoot out of the top hose from a pin prick sized hole ( Duh ! when a hose goes it splits, it dosen't produce a pin prick ( round ) hole ! )
Nat. I took it back and confronted them with it. Although they didn't admit it was intentional They did at least fix it ! I think they have Lazy,Rip-Off artists posing as automotive mechanics.

DO NOT take your vehicle to this garage period !
