Willies wrecker company is a rip off because I worked hard for that man towing cars all hours of the night on a 9 car hauler, He promised me insurance and would pay my cell phone bill and also stated I would be home every night but none of that came true. There were times I would stay out two or three nights a week and if I was home I had to report to the office by 9am and that was fine but I didnt get paid to sit and wait for him to call from the auctions and say I got cars, I sat there until 2pm one day waiting and I sorted wrenches and never got paid for that I could have been spending time with my family since I didnt get to come home everynight or just paying my bills.
I recently quit and went back to work with my old boss and he refuses to give me my last check he owes me over a thousand dollars, which there is damage being taken out of my check for a car but it didnt take all of my check. My wife went to get my check and he told her no I wasnt a good man and he would have to talk to me so then I called and called he has not returned my calls, so I tried finding him at the auctions and he went on vacation with my check in his pocket so nobody would give it to me for over a month now.I still have not recieved my pay and I worked my tail off for that check.

I feel like you're talking about me, lol. If a guy told me the same things you just wrote, I'd want to sit down and talk it over. He has a business to run and sees it differently, but if you work as hard as you say you do, he doesn't want to lose you. Bad things: How did you happen to go back to your old job? I hope you just didn't disappear one day.
Also, NEVER send your wife to do anything that involves you. If you did that to me I'd consider you a pussy. Everything else sounds like it could be worked out. A new beeper, better communication, a well-spelled-out clarification of your duties, better dispatching.
Reliable drivers are hard to find and you feel unappreciated, he thinks you're a crybaby catering to your wife's bitching. Towing isn't 9-5 business, as you know. He knows he owes you some money, I'm betting he wants you back.

I'm the owner of this company and I am fully knowledgeable of this situation and this past employee. I have been in business for 25 years and run a reputable business. We are registered with the Georgia Public Service Commission and are monitored by them.
We have employee's that have been with the company for over 14 years. We have never offered insurance to any employee. We do not pay employees phone bills. We supply them their phones. As to not receiving a last paycheck, all employees sign an agreement that any damages to our vehicles or cargo will be taken out of their checks. If they quit, they may not receive the last check depending on what they owe the company. In most cases, we are not paid in full. An alternative would be to file a claim in small claims court against them for the debts they owe me. It seems that Ronnie has a history of damaging vehicles and not taking responsibility for them.
However, if Ronnie would like to make an appointment with me to make payment arrangements for the balance he owes me, I would be very appreciative.
