AA Mover offered to arrange brokering the transporting  of my newly purchased BMW from Texas to Maryland door to door. They presented a date and cost and I signed a contract. Later in the process , employee (owner?)Mark called to say if I wanted to pay $ 40 more they could get the vehicle to me sooner and I agreed. Days later they called to say that the truck had broken down and there would be delays. I inquired if the premium paid would be refunded to which Mark stated no, that was a bid price not an up charge an he had changed attitudes since the money had been paid. They then choose "Ground Force One" to move the vehicle.

Two days later, ground force one calls and stated that they could not cross the Chesapeake Bay Bridge because of their trucks size and I woud have to come to another city for pick up over 40 miles from my home. I tried contacting AA Auto Movers and they would not return calls or E mails. I was forced to drive out at 200AM and receive the vehicle. The poor truck driver stated that the owner was too cheap to let them cross the bridge and the truck was the same size as all the other trucks that cross the bridge.

To add injury, AA put me on an auto dialer which calls me everyday trying to sell me another auto transport, I asked to be removed from their list but they continue to call me. I finally went to the national do not call list to report that.
