The best phrase to summarize this business "This is what s**t scraps off of its shoes". The head manager "Jerry" is a confirmed convict of serious offenses supervising employee drivers. He's continuously made sexual harassment advances to female and male employee's.
The job duties are to transport Norfolk Southern Railroad employee's to desinated locations. The idea is to safely drive van from point A to point B but management knowingly neglects safety of driver and passengers to save money on their end.
They hold your first paycheck back for one month. When you do receive the first paycheck 7 out of 10 times they've shorted your hours from their careless fault. Then you have to go through a waiting process usually consisting of 2 to 3 weeks for them to correctly add/reimburse the amount of money they screwed up to your paycheck. The hours are pathetic your on call 24/7 like a professional physician but with 1/30th of the Doctors salary.
As issued by the Virginia DMV it is illegal to force an employee to drive more than 12 hours straight w/o rest but Cimarron threatens termination to any employee that doesnt comply. There have been consistent auto wrecks involving van drivers falling asleep at the wheel due to management violating employee rights.
The manager "Jerry" has drove to the scene of Cimarron van wrecks to steal the drivers paperwork-which contains the number of hours and mileage information per driver and shift in order to cover his own as$ to make it appear the drivers were at fault. One wrecked van incident ended with the death of the driver and of course the drivers log book was "missing" again. I ask what scumbag p.o.s. would go out of their way to treat an employee/human being as disgusting as these actions?
The employee's that are layed off from no fault of their own due to Cimarron making budgetary cut backs are denied their governmental rights to file unemployment because "Jerry" the supervisor lies to the unemployment agency in order to get out of having Cimarron pay their governmental issued sums of money for unemployment.
You may read this and think to yourself "ahhh this is probably an irrate employee's exageration of the facts and truth" but I challenge you to investigate and see for yourself the facts and truth to this perverse business-Cimarron Coach of Virginia!
