FLYING RYAN EXPRESS MILTON LEWIS AUTO TRANSPORT RIP OFF Lafayette , Indiana

Want everyone to know that Milton Lewis of Flying Ryan Express is a scam artist , and extortionist -we hired him to move a motorcycle from NY to OK. The price agreed upon was 700.00 - being that he was not in Central Dispatch ( and must be using someone else's membership to obtain loads) He called for this load and we requested references and insurance - which we recieved. After recieving everything we felt it would be okay - we went ahead and dispatched the motorcycle to him and had to manually input his information into our system - therefore not giving you a signed dispatch sheet. This carrier called our cst last night after being 1-2 days late and demanded to deliver at 1:00 am - also demanding that the cst gather 2-3 of his friends to help unload the 1000 lb motorcycle.- My cst has a 5 month old baby and this bike was going to his other son. Cst then told Milton that he cannot accept the delivery at that time of morning- nor get 3 people at 1:00 am to help unload- could he please wait until morning. Milton Lewis of Flying Ryan Express stated he would charge 50.00 for every hour he had to wait- and had a signed " Bill of Lading" from pick up contact -( which is not the actual cst - just somone that releases the vehicle and in this case it was a young friend of the son) did I mention the pick up contact had to get 4 people to load the motorcycle because Milton Lewis could not and did not have the proper equipment to even request this load for- example ramps. Where this all plays out is that Milton Ryan of Flying Ryan Express has his own " Terms and Conditions" on the back in small print -and presents them to the customer at pick up- who thinks he is just signing an inspection form. This form also states that there is a 200.00 loading and unloading fee- ( Isn't he the transporter??) We pleaded with Milton to of Flying Ryan to please deliver the vehicle in the morning because no one can help unload the bike until then - he refused. End Result - cst show up with police and Milton Lewis charges 1100.00 - also threatened them.  How does he get away with this?? This seems to be his MO and if your read the other complaint on him- it is the same senario. Basically we pay Milton to Sleep and load and unload his vehicles. This guy needs to be put out of business AND FAST!! .
