Rock Bottom Rate Auto RBTR Scam - Fraud- No Honor Internet

using RBT is set to have a bad experience, like everyone else says he is a good talker and a great scammer, he will convince you.  Have you noticed he only responds to the few good review, but all the bad have no response??

Contract will show everything you ask for, but you will never put him on the phone again, if so, he will try to charge you another $50 for PHONE SUPPORT as far as I know he not providing an IT service, also he will ask you for  down payment of $105 with a check OR $155 with a  credit card,  $50 extra  for a credit card… why? Simple,  due to some legal issues you can not go after him he if fails in the contract like he did with many of us, unless you use small claims court, but with a  credit card  you can easily charge back the account…..what he does  technically is not FRAUD, is why your bank can not help you, and he knows it, is why he use s the verbiage to convince you to use a check instead……. In my contract it was stated 350 total, 100 down/deposit delivery by Jan 18^th, car was never delivered and he used all kind of excuses… he is good on what he does, but he does not transport, he is a good SCAMMER….. I ask him for refund on my deposit since HE FAIL  to HONOR contract, he refused to give me back my deposit!!
