Ship Your Car Now LLC low balls the price of transporting your car to get your credit card on file. They then try to change the price to the going rate; if you do not bite and try to cancel, they say to give them another week. They run you credit card and take your deposit at the last minute, when they know you have hired someone reputable, and say that they had a carrier at the low ball price.... This claim was made by a competing broker and not a customer who's name I will not mention. We stand by our track record as a BBB accredited company as well as a 5 star Carrier/Broker. You can see our reviews on www.transportreviews.com where our customers describe their experience which is quite contrary to the claim made on this site. Any customer that wishes to voice their concerns are more than welcome to call our customer service department (888) 532-8805 ext 5 which is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
We respect the anonymity that this site provides customers with legitimate claims to voice their concerns. However we have no way to substantiate or rectify the situation since we can not contact anyone at this site to find out who the customer is and how we can help them. Furthermore the only way to remove this post is through direct payment to ripoffreport.com and unfortunately this post will appear on the first page of google until we pay to have it removed.
