Yourcarmovers WILL NOT REFUND MONEY. your car movers Internet Nationwide

I arranged with yourcarmovers to pick up a conversion van from South Carolina to be taken to California. The amount quoted was $1075.00. The order was placed online and paid for with the credit card. This was 4th June 2004.

The car movers said the vehicle would be picked up within 10 days. After a few calls from myself and the seller, a month later they said they are still trying to find a truck going across to LA.

I then cancelled the order in writing as requested in their contract. The contract also says "Please allow up to 30 days for a refund".. I am still waiting for a refund now.

I have since faxed Evan(the person I spoke to on the phone) asking for the refund- no reply. The wonderful lady I bought the van from has been kind enough to call them a few times. Yes, they said the money will be refunded within 3 to 4 days, that was a month ago. She then spoke to another employee -Crystal,who said she would look into it and get back to her. When my friend had to call again this employee was extremely rude and suggested not to call back.

Now this company clearly states on their website - 100% money back guarantee and that they are an honest business. This company sure gives genuine car transporters a bad name and certainly does not live up to its website promises.
