After making my down payment on a 2001 used Buick Lesabre in the amount of $1,500.00 before I picked the vehicle up from the dealer I asked if they could put window tint on the windows and custom wheels. Joey said yes. He charged me $179.00 dollars for window tinting, and $1,400.00 dollars for rims and tires.
He asked if I could bring him in $500.00 dollars at a later date for payment on the tintint job and rims which I agreed to do. Two weeks after picking up the car the window tint started pealing off the driver side window. I took it back to them and showed it to Joey. He told me he would call the guy back to repair the window tint. By the end of January 2011 my first payment in the amount of $236.00 dollars was due, and my window had not been fixed
My next months payment came up in Febuary and I asked again when they were going to fix the window, his secretary told me the man was waiting for them to get some more work to do before he came to fix my damaged window as it was getting worse each time I lower and raise my window.
This continued on with me making my payments which covered the work and the wheels. I had told them I was not paying any extra money untill they fied the window that had messed up shortly after I picked up the car. They kept me waiting untill I had paid for the car that was only $3000.00 and I had paid them $3,888.00 and made the last payment on September 28th, they repoed my car on October, 3 2011 and left me stranded in Durham, NC after I called them to let them know I was out of town due to problems at home. He had no intentions of repairing the work just me paying for the car and he picking it up and showing me a letter that had my name on it but I had not signed it for the $500.00 dollars.
