Dollar Rent A Car Insurance rip off, Internet

On 12-04-10 we arrived at Tampa Airport and proceeded to Dollar Rent A Car to pick up the rental that we had previously obtained on the Dollar Rent A Car Web Site. Since we had previously obtained the car and the price on line this was suppose to be able to present our identification and obtain the car. In obtaiing it on line we had declined the Insurance and our total bill was to be $305.00.

At the counter the customer service rep. asked me what type of Insurance  I wanted and I informed her "I just want what we agreed to on line." Since I had given her a copy of the form and it had no insruance cost listed, this is what I expected. She then pushed the contract in front of me and told where to sign.

When I returned the car I found out that the price had now gone to $735.00. There was Insurance listed that I had not requested, more than the car rental fee.

I immediately complained to the Dollar Car Rental agent who told me I had to call the 800 number. I filed a complaint when I returned home and with in one day Dollar Rental sent me an e mail denying my claim , because I had signed the contract. My staement to the agent meant nothing as did the web application form.
