Enterprise Car Rental Enterprise Rent-A-Car INSURANCE FRAUD BY ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR Narbeth, Pennsylvania

I went to Enterprise Rent A Car for a vehicle which had been reserved. I arrived at the Enterprise located at 731 Montgomery Avenue Narbeth, PA. The Branch Manager informed me that the Branch had no more vehicles left on its fleet to rent out.
I was a little annoyed because why would they book my reservation and tell me a vehicle would be available if they did not have any vehicles to rent. After I told the Branch Manager I would contact their corporate facilities about the matter.
I was informed that they found a vehicle that could be rented. It was a vehicle that was about to go to their service shop but they would rent it to me.
The vehicle was rented to me with several items wrong with it. The Brake Sensor Light was appearing on the dashboard, the check oil light appeared when the car was turned on, and the rear bumper of the vehicle was out of alignment. When I informed the Manager of these items prior to leaving their parking lot I was informed that they were aware of the items however they had no other vehicles left.
When the vehicle was returned the individuals at the Branch try to issue a damage report for a vehicle that had items wrong with it prior to me renting it.
Later that week I receive a letter from Enterprise Rental Claims Department stating they are reporting this information to my insurance company. I have photographs of the vehicle prior to leaving Enterprise parking lot of the damaged vehicle. I have turned this matter over to my attorney. If any other renter's of Enterprise have experienced this type of FRAUD by Enterprise. I will be more then willing to enter a CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT against them for FRAUD.
