Enterprise Car Rental lucky to be a live Fairborn Ohio

my car trail blazer was in the shop so they call enterprise car rental saturday so they gave kiv renal lady call it blue poler bear i called it death trap
she went out to make sure the body had dents she said the car is great car no phone number to call after hours she was in hurry her boss need to be pick up
i told her we would traveing over 50 miles one way

we started out on the highway the car was pulling to the left bad. no were for me to pull over we went about 30 miles and we pull to over to see bold tires all four
one was low no one to call from enterprise my uncle came to fall me home my grandson had to ride with him. on monday i went to drop the car off told them this. he look at tires yes they are bold we must have forgot to change them the manager said will i guess iam sorry
did you check the tires, i told him you rent a car the tires better be good call the company office she had a three way call with us.

when the call end she said he the manager really does not care. the service was the poors i have ever seen
the office was nasty. no customer service
