Things were taken from a ENTERPRISE CAR that was rented in New Jersey. My friend returned to pick the things up. The horror began when my friend was told that the things were no longer there.

ENTERPRISE staff made up excuses as to what happened to my friend's things. Their whole story and excuses did not make sense.

It's not fair to let these people get away with this!!!!! Why are some of the staff acting suspicious? Where are the things now? Why aren't some of the ENTERPRISE staff (at this NJ location) honest and return customers things?

Be very careful when renting a car from this ENTERPRISE location in New Jersey. Check everything before returning the car. Research this ENTERPRISE before renting a car. This was a ripoff and a nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!
