was force to rent a car b/c ma vehicle was being repair at the near by Nissan dealership and was told it would not be ready for a day and since the rental was suppose to be free I sad what the heck why not while I was @the rental agency I was talk into a $35 a day insurance so much for free but considering the nightmare situation i've heard of people being hit with $1500 charges for damage they supposinly did I didn't want to leave it to chance. I returned the SUV on 11/29/2011@12:50pm eventhough I was not told of a mileage limit of a 150 miles I was charge $13 overage which stinks but hey it is what it is. Two weeks later to my suprise I recieved through snail mail a letter stating that "there was a toll violation on 11/29/2011 @12:38pm on your rental vehicle and as a courtesy to you we have charged you debit cart a $18 convinent fee for forwarding your info to the toll authorities" What! Ok now look at the time the vehicle was returned and the time of the toll violation 16 minutes there's no toll road less than an hour away from the Enterprise rent a car facility it is not posible to drive from Riverside, CA. To Carson, CA. In 16 minutes and I assure you I had no bussiness in Reverside, Ca. And I certainly had no toll violation. So is Enterprise running a scam on unsuspecting people. I want Enterprise to know I will fight this I want my $18 back even if I have to pay $40 to sue them in small claim court. And yes I did complain to Enterprise still waiting for a response.

Gennie, this ought to be a refreshing change of pace for you, oh you of dubious reality, since it doesn't involve your criminal employer's typical vehicle damage claim MO.
Where are you, girl? Come on out now and do your damage control, honey!
Enterprise! Bah Humbug! Should be renamed Enterpurse because they enter your purse and clean it out.

ROFLMAO !!! Speak of the Devil and he ( or in this case she or it ) will appear. And my goodness,it's the same canned response, too. One thing is interesting, though. I have NEVER seen nor heard of Enterprise actually RECTIFYING one of its customer's complaints. Why is this ?
On an entirely different matter, I am wondering about one thing in particular. Exactly HOW MANY YEARS did the OP spend in the 2nd grade before dropping out of school altogether. Wow.....I thought Chuckles was bad ! And, I must say that I have NEVER seen such an absolute prolifera of incorrect spellings, grammatical errors and total lack of any of the acceptable forms of syntax in my life !!! How on Earth is this person capable of functioning in society ??
Oh, by the way, OP, please forward us a copy of your complaint against Enterprise once you file it with the Small Claims Court in your area. We are most certainly sitting upon the edge of our collective seats, anxiously awaiting the outcome of this landmark trial.
