Received a claim stating that I need to pay 1500.00 to repair hail damage. When I called the damage recovery unit, they looked at the weather and there was no hail reported the 3 days I had the vehicle. She did state that there were Wind Gusts, but no hail or rain. I looked and again, no hail or rain but is still claiming that I need to pay the money to rapair a vehicle that while I had, there was no hail. I got pictures of the car, but the liscense plate of course is not shown, would like to know if it was the same vehicle I rented as I rented from Fargo, ND but received a car from SD.

Yep, that's Enterprise. They try every way possible to screw their customers out of every penny in their pockets. Stay away. Stay FAR away from Enterprise.

Hail damage is specifically covered by an insurance policy. It is an act of God/nature and is at no fault by anyone driving a car or owning a car. It is unavoidable. That being said, there was some type of insurance on that car while in your posession that will cover the damage. It would not need to come out of your pocket. The only other thing I can think of is maybe the car was parked under a nut tree? I've seen this happen. I am insurance adjuster so I see ALOT of hail damage and deal with the claims on a reegular basis.

Assuming you really exist, how does it feel to work for a criminal organization?
Just curious.

This is exactly what I've posted more than once on RoR. These people are running this scam trying their best to hit Joe Shmuck up for more money. How about the guy who turned his Criminal Enterprise car in. He was standing at the rear bumper and a Criminal Enterprise shyster went to the front, kneeled down and found some scratches on the front bumper(plastic you know) that looked suspiciously like key scratches! If I ever get stupid enough to rent from Criminal Enterprise again- yes I've rented from them before- I'll make sure the scratch man is riding in my pocket as we go around the car. Then, said shyster will sign his name to what I write.
By the way, they tried that crap on me and after I had a word of prayer with the doofus running the place, they had a change heart. That's not the first or last time somebody got me confused with Tony Soprano. Sheesh, I'm just a gentle old grandpa!
