My experience with Enterprise was very stressful. First, the manager at my local store failed to disclose all of the additional charges that were added to my bill. Then, when I was calling to clear things up he threatened to file a criminal report against me if I didn't pay the money.

I called the corporate office who were very apologetic but not very helpful. Enterprise charged me double what I was quoted even after leaving a deposit. I asked for a bottom line number and was given $240.00, but in actuality was charged $440.00.

The manager, Jose Gomez, Didn't say anything about the rental costing $440.00. If he had told me that I would never have rented the car. I believe that Enterprise is trying to rip me off. Any comments are welcome
