I rented a car with www.Holidaycars.com on June. Everything seemed right, and they charged the money (140.50 euros) on my bank account, but when I went to my holidays destination (Ibiza) on July I called to know where I could get the car and they told me that they were very sorry but didn't have the car, and that they would refund the money inmediately and pay for any expenses that this problem could have caused. I didn't ask for any compensation, just for the money I had already paid.
After that, more than one week passed without the money being refund. I sent some e-mails and they asked me to provide some information (the invoice, the voucher and a bank statement). I sent all the information but nothing has happend. Now they don't even answer any of my e-mails.
It's been two months since I began to complain about the money not being refunded, and now I believe they don't want to pay it back.
