rental car ripoff in phx az by sabans rent a car

my partner and myself rented a car from sabans rent a car of phoenix az, to go to tacoma washington. we asked them how much it would be I was told to bring $650.00 down since we don't have a credit card.$350.00 was to be the cost of the car we told them we were going to tacoma washington for 7-8day's we were told we would receive the $300.00 deposit back as soon as we returned the car.well we returned the car on the 8th day the guy at the front desk asked my partner do you have your half of the rental agreement. he handed it to him he put it under the other copy and started adding stuff. well to make a long story short he added$16.95 aday for insurance $69.95 for the 8th day,$21.95 for refuel and cleaning the car had more gas and was cleaner when returned then when we took it.anyway we were promised to get $300.00 back and received$8.71back.when I checked the bbb when we got back and ripped off they had lot's and lot's of unresolved complaint's on these guy's. when I was tring to resolve this with the guy he called me name's I can't post here .anyway please help in anyway, if nothing else let's make people aware of this company. sabans rent a car aka DS rentco aka sabans-enterprises aka sabans ryder rentals.UPDATE 3/19/00 as of today I have had contact with saban's rent a car 3625 w indian school rd phoenix az 85019 (602)269-9316 having filed a report with the BBB better business bureau which did nothing, the attorney general's office has done the same as of now nothing.anyway when I got them on the line they would not tell me who there insurance carrier was infact. when I told them they were in trouble they said good and hang up.please do not do any business with saban's rent a car or any of the listed sister company's listed above. anyone else that may have had the same dealing's with this company please file a report also. together we can stop these guy's.
