Saban's Rent A Car Saban's - Unsafe Cars and Fraud Phoenix Arizona

Don't rent from Saban's unless you want a car that smells like vomit, is unsafe and want to be treated badly. They tried to give me car that reeked of urine. It was so bad passengers had to put a cloth over their nose after getting in. When I complained I didn't want that car because it was dirty and smelled awful they said for more money I could get another car. Needing a car I said ok. This is their intent - to get more money out of you. The more expensive car had a constant "brake system" failure light on the dash and balding tires. (They unplug the battery to make the warning light turn off temporarily). They told me to go ahead and take the car and ignore the warning light. I refused to risk my life, my passengers lives, and the life of others on the roadway in an unsafe car. I was told I had to talk with the boss to get out of the "contract" even though they couldn't provide a safe car that didn't smell. Al the boss called me vulgar names I won't repeat. I'm a little lady and they thrive on intimidation. Saban's charged my credit card for a full 7 days for the higher priced car even though I gave them back the keys within an hour of being there (spent all that time trying to get a safe and clean car). There are a lot of additional fees they don't tell you about up front which they charged me and I didn't even take the vehicle. There's a cleaning fee $11.99, PKG $3, S/C $2.50 and unknown $10.95 per day. All this costing $200 and I didn't even take the car. They can keep their unsafe car - better to stay alive. This business commits fraud, they are CROOKS and cheat honest people. This is a very bad business. I will take Saban's to court and file a fraud report with the Attorney General's Office. Spare yourself the headache and pain and stay FAR AWAY from this place. I know I will. Tell all your friends not to go to Saban's. Summer 2009
