Sabans Rent a Car ripoff asked for out of State Insurance on my truck being repaired so I did not have to pay extra insurance. No refund received todate. Verbally abusive Phoenix Arizona

We are from Canada and travelling in Arizona. My truck broke down and I rented a truck from Sabans. They charged me additional insurance and said if I could provide a copy of my British Columbia insurance I would get this credited to my card.

The auto dealer faxed them a copy of my insurance coverage. I have not received the credit so I called them and they were absolutely rude and verbally abusive and hung up on me on two occassions within half an hour and told me to "stay in Canada"

I am planning on pursuing this to the full extent of the law. Companies such as this SHOULD NOT be in business.
